Garlic EVOO Grissini to add to your Charcuterie and cheese Boards.
INSRUCTIONS
1. Place flour, yeast, salt, (if using ) whisk thoroughly.
2. Stir in water and olive oil, mix well with a spatula then transfer dough to a lightly floured surface to knead until smooth, 1-3 min.
3. Place the dough on parchment paper and flatten into a rectangle
(11 x 7 inches)
4. Brush liberally with fresh garlic EVOO and sprinkle Black Hawaiian Sea Salt *(or the seeds as stated in ingredients.) and let rise 1 hour in warm place.
*PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 and line two baking sheet
INGREDIENTS
2 c bread flour or all-purpose
1/2 t sea salt *(Omit if adding Black Hawaiian Sea Salt during rolling out dough)
1 t instant yeast
1/2 c + 1 TBS warm water
4 TBS Fresh Garlic EVOO
1T Black Hawaiian Sea Salt *( or substitute 1/2 t sea salt and 2-3 TBS poppy seeds, sesame or chia seeds after rolling out dough)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. With a pizza cutter, cut dough crosswise into 1/2 inch strips. Grab each strip at the end and pull and twist gently until longer and thinner, then place on lined baking sheet. It's okay if a little uneven and wonky, gives them character. (Make sure the ends aren't too thin or they will burn)
2. Baking time may vary from 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on the thickness, check often after 15 minutes, you want them golden and crusty.
3. Remove, cool and ENJOY!

INGREDIENTS
1-2 cups of mixed olives
5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 lemon cut up
zest of 1/2 lemon
zest of 1/4 orange
1 shallot cut up
1 t chili flakes
1/3 cup *House Blend EVOO
2 sprigs each of fresh thyme and rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*
In a baking dish combine all ingredient and toss well with EVOO.
Roast 20-25 minutes, until sizzling and garlic is aromatic.
INGREDIENTS
1 -8oz block of feta cheese, cut into large cubes
3 oz softens cream cheese
2-3 TBS of honey
Fresh black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until mixture is smooth and creamy.
(This mixture and be done in advanced up to 3 days).
When ready to serve, spoon mixture into a serving dish and top with warm olives,
serve with Grissini, crackers, or bread.

-3 -4 stems of fresh herbs of choice,
(I love Rosemary and Thyme.)
-Zest and juice of one lemon
-1-Tablespoon of my Tuscan Herb Blend.
-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
-1/2 cup of olives of choice (I used Kalamata and Castelvetrano Italian olives
Fresh black pepper
-Fresh Garlic EVOO or EVOO of choice
(I used half Fresh Garlic EVOO and House Blend EVOO)
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer ingredients in glass jar, 1/2 of each cubed Feta, herbs, olives,

lemon, Tuscan herb blend, crushed red peppers, and black pepper to taste. Repeat the layers and top with fresh lemon juice. Fill jars with EVOO until Feta is submerged in oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 days for the flavors to develop. Serve With fresh bread, Grissini, in salads, pasta, rice and added to your charcuterie boards.
This mixture will last covered in the refrigerated for 14 days, if it lasts that long!

Toss warm drained spaghetti with some of the cooked tomato and garlic confit, and add fresh torn basil and mini fresh mozzarella balls. Drizzle with the EVOO from the confit, top with a drizzle balsamic vinegar.

A delicious combination of sweet maple syrup with a barrel-aged bourbon. This dark balsamic has a touch of sweetness to soften the bite of the bourbon.

1 stick soft butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs, at room temperature
2/3 cup greek yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup apple butter
2 c unbleached all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup bourbon (or more cider)
STREUSEL:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoon cold butter, grated
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
GLAZE:
4 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Maple Bourbon Dark Balsamic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
STREUSEL:
1. Preheat oven 350 F Butter 9-inch bunt pan.
2. In large bowl beat butter and brown sugar. Add the sour cream, apple butter, vanilla beat until smooth. Beat in eggs, then add flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, apple pie spice and salt. Slowly add apple cider and bourbon, do not overmix.
3. To make the streusel crumble combine all the streusel ingredients in a bowl and mix with fingers to form a crumble, set aside.
4. Spoon half the batter in prepared pan, sprinkle half
of the apples, and streusel. Add another layer of batter and spread around, followed by apples and top with remaining streusel.
5. Bake 60- 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean.
Cool cake 30 minutes, then invert cake on plate, flipping back upright onto a serving plate.
6. Make the glaze:
Add butter, and maple to a small pot over medium heat to melt. Remove from heat and whisk in powder sugar, Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar, and salt. Drizzle over cake, rest 10 min. ENJOY!

Perfect for any vinaigrette, or marinade with poultry, pork, or drizzled over fish and seafood.
Ingredients:
1 Sachet of Black Tea (Lipton, Earl Gray, or any other favorites)
1 TBS Local Honey (more or less depending on your preference)
1 Inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 Cup of Water
Lemon Wedge
Directions:
Brew tea to manufacture's instructions.
While tea is steeping, prepare Fresh Ginger:
Peel Ginger *optional
Wet The Grate Plate and grate Ginger back and forth until about 1 TSP is achieved.
Using The Gathering Brush, push fresh grated Ginger into a ball and move to hot tea.

Grate 1/2 of a Jalapeño & add to ice filled shaker
Add juice of 2 limes
1 TBS agave nectar
4 oz Tequila
2 oz Triple Sec
Shake vigorously and serve in two Himalayan salt rimmed glasses!
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Firm Lemon
1 C Greek Yogurt
Fresh Dill
Steps:
Peel & Grate Garlic. Add to mixing bowl.
Grate 1/4 of Cucumber, add to bowl. Chop the rest and add to bowl.
Zest entire lemon into bowl. Juice the zested lemon and add to bowl.
Chop desired amount of Dill and add to bowl.
Season with Salt & Pepper if desired.
Stir to combine and serve with Pita Chips!
